According Los Angeles Times: Iran’s “The Salesman,” directed by Asghar Farhadi, won the Oscar for foreign-language film. The film, a domestic drama of morality and revenge, has garnered added attention since Farhadi, a previous Oscar winner, declared he would not attend the ceremony in the wake of the Trump administration’s travel ban.
